When I initially worked remotely with Anne in 2020, I was generally anxious, in pain and worried about being able to return to all my activities after foot surgery.  I was unclear on how the session would work in a remote fashion, but Anne did a great job explaining the process; and I quickly felt connected when she opened our sessions.  Her approach – delivered with authenticity and an amazing communication skill set - made the fact that we weren’t physically in the same place a non-issue for me.   It is hard to describe the experience - but I felt physical and energetic responses during and after the sessions –  and my foot started to get better.  I attribute the work I did with Anne as being the catalyst for getting me unstuck and able to progress my recovery.  I have continued to see Anne remotely for various aliments and when I’m just feeling out of balance.  What I experience in our sessions continues to evolve; always contributing to my overall well-being. I first went to Anne in the spring of 2021 as I was experiencing a locked jaw brought on by the stress of losing my father. The session not only relieved the immense discomfort in my jaw but was also therapeutic and helped me deal with the loss. I returned for a few more sessions in April 2022 as I was about to undergo a knee replacement and had read some studies that suggested reiki can promote healing. I visited Anne both pre and post op and am 100% convinced that it has sped up my recovery immensely. Having undergone the same surgery eight years ago, the difference in recovery time is incredible! I would highly recommend Anne! As she herself said so wisely, if you open your mind to the possibilities, anything is possible.
